Staff check in only inside the branch work area. Fake-GPS apps are refused. A face check with blink proves it is really them.
The problem
Attendance is the number everything else depends on, and it is the easiest one to fake: a friend punches for you, a fake-GPS app says you are at the branch, a photo fools the camera.
How it works
- Branch work area, 100 m by default, checked on the server.
- Mock-location apps refused.
- Face registered once with consent and admin approval; blink and anti-photo check at every check-in.
- Face kiosk on a shared phone at the entrance, PIN-protected setup.
- Shifts with late cut-off, grace minutes, monthly late allowance and early check-out rules.
- Auto check-out at a set time or when they leave the work area.
- Web check-in for office staff. Work week, alternate Saturdays, WFH days, holiday list.
Leave
Leave, approved from the phone.
Half days, comp-off, balances, blocked dates such as month-end, PL surrender. Approved leave flows straight into the salary.
- Apply and approve on the phone.
- Half days and comp-off, with live balances.
- Blocked dates for month-end or exam weeks.
- Approved leave counts as a paid day in payroll.

No. Mock-location apps are refused on the phone, and the server re-checks the distance on every check-in.
